Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

All returns must be approved before being shipped. Please do not send a return without receiving return instructions from us first.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly fulfilled items should be reported to us with photos so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.

Once an approved return has been received and accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your SAIS order.
